I'm posting a bit late, but I really like this picture. It's my elderly friend's hand and mine. The wiser elders have much that we can learn from them.

- The person that I am today hates the person that I used to be. If we look back, none of us are the same way we were 10,5, or even 2 years ago. Hopefully we get smart and change our poor behavior and bad habits. I have learned that life is like a weeks worth of leftovers sitting in the fridge, you can still make something good out of it, even when it gets all mixed up. It just takes the right perspective.
